Develop people who can identify useful improvements, use AI responsibly and help colleagues adopt a better way of working. We start with the person and the task—not a list of tools to purchase.
Project selection belongs inside the program.
Before coaching begins, we look at leadership support, available time, approved tools and candidate tasks. We select work that the participant can understand, test and eventually maintain. This preparation is part of Dealer AI Champions—not a separate Agentic AI service.
Choose the people.
Observe task knowledge, curiosity, checking, learning and the ability to explain an improvement to someone else.
Choose the first work.
Agree the input, output, reviewer and consequences of error. Choose the smallest useful task with the right support.
Learn by improving.
Coach short cycles of instruction, practice, feedback and revision with approved tools and appropriate technical review.
Use, share and continue.
Check actual use, document exceptions and hand over to a colleague. Review what the participant can now do independently.
Who the program is for
Employees who know a recurring task and are willing to learn, test results and help colleagues. Prior coding experience is not a prerequisite. Participants may be builders, process improvers or adoption champions; they do not all need the same role.
What the business provides
A leadership sponsor, agreed work time, approved tools and materials, a task owner and someone qualified to review outputs. Complex integration and sensitive or high-impact activity require specialist support rather than being assigned casually to a beginner.
What your team takes away
A participant capability and support profile; a clearly selected work project; coaching and review; records of actual use and exceptions; and an ownership and handover plan. Success is not the number of apps created or a certificate of attendance.
A concrete starting point
Consider preparing a weekly operations summary from approved non-sensitive exports. The champion describes the source fields, checks duplicates and missing entries, prepares a draft and asks the manager to verify it. The task stays read-only while the team learns. Record changes or customer-facing actions belong in a separately approved scope.
Explore the first-project selector.
Compare a reporting task, internal knowledge guide, follow-up draft and a system-writing task. See how the support and review requirements change.
Open the practical guide ↗Beyond the first project
Review whether the work continues to be used, what maintenance it needs and whether another colleague can understand it. Ongoing champion coaching can connect with executive advice through External AI Office. Specialist agentic systems are a separate technical engagement when the business needs them.
